La Vigna Apartments

La Vigna is a farm house located approximately 600ms from the main building. It was renewed in 2012 to create three separate apartments, A, B, and C. The renewal was performed abiding to the standards set by the current anti-seismic legislation and employing green building materials. Apartment A is designed to be accessible to all and is free of architectural barriers. Every apartment has its own autonomous heating system, the boiler room being located outside the building. The apartments overlook a spacious garden where another building, La Capanna, was renewed to house sustainability education and environmental workshops, willow and basketry crafting courses, and where a local rehabilitation centres conducts vocational training for people affected by disabilities who learn, for instance, the art of hand-made paper.

La Vigna has its own private parking lot, a specious garden of 2000m and a large tree shaded fenced dog yard.

Apartment “A” – 3/4 beds

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own outdoor entry hall with gate, independent from the other apartments. It has a triple bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), kitchen, private and spacious bathroom with ergonomic bathroom fixtures and a large floor-level shower with foldable wall mounted shower seat. It is entirely accessible to people with motor disabilities. Its surface is of 55m2.

Apartment “B” – 4 beds
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. It is equipped with kitchen and private bathroom with shower. It has a twin and a double bedroom. Its surface is of 52m2.

Apartment “C” – 5 beds
The apartment is located on the ground and first floor of the building. It is the largest of the three apartments, its surface being of 72m2. It has its own kitchen, separate and adjacent to a spacious living room, private bathroom with shower, a double and a triple bedroom.
